Coaching

Coaching in the workplace is utilized at an ever increasing rate as companies and individual professionals realize the benefits to performance and retention. With a professional coach, you can build on your areas of strength while identifying and working on development areas. A professional coach can provide you with valuable feedback and assist you in your professional growth, while providing a safe, confidential environment in which you can be yourself and determine your own deepest goals.

Assessment Centers

If your company is interested in assessing it's upper management staff for strengths and development areas, I can help. Working with a team of professional corporate consultants, I am able to facilitate discussions about your corporations own, specific needs, assist you with many assessment center options; including on site and off site locations, provide you and your staff with feedback and direction for future growth options.

Coaching:

I am available for corporate coaching and am skilled in many areas such as stress management, releasing techniques, developing a "centered" state, and encouraging transformation from the role of "boss" to "leader" to open up new, more effective communication patterns.

I find it is particularly effective for top management and business owners to receive coaching themselves to integrate empowering beliefs and a coaching style in their own work.

We lead by being human.
We do not lead by being corporate, by being professional or by being institutional.

- Paul Hawken

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

- Margaret Mead

What every man needs, regardless of his job or the kind of work he is doing, is a vision of what his place is and may be. He needs an objective and a purpose. He needs a feeling and a belief that he has some worthwhile thing to do. What this is no one can tell him. It must be his own creation. Its success will be measured by the nature of his vision, what he has done to equip himself, and how well he has performed along the line of its development.
